Trade Up Program

We have a very aggressive Trade-Up Program for our faithful customers. If you own a PILOT brand Aviation Headset or intercom, we will give you a specific amount for your current set as long as you are upgrading to a newer model.

We will set a trade-in value on your current piece of equipment and we will immediately send you the new equipment. We will allow you 30 days to send in your old equipment. If at the end of 30 days we have not received your trade-in, we will charge your account the amount of the trade-in allowance.
